Changing the Face of Skateboard Parks
There might be a few outdoor skate parks around – but how often do you get the chance to practice what you REALLY want to do at them?
Does your local skate park have:
Hmm, not likely... ;-)
Whilst plebs are wasting away their weekends at parks that are choccas you could be carving up some new tricks and daring your buddies into flips and twists on jumps!
Bunker is designed so everyone gets a shot so you can skate more without having to wait.
Started by two families with kids immersed in skating, scooting and BMX riding, Bunker Skatepark is not only the maddest venue to ride at, but one of the safest too.
Bunker Skatepark has on site:
With a team of skaters heading the design of Bunker Skatepark, we have converted an old warehouse into the ultimate skating experience; so when you finish a session you’ll feel every sinew and muscle aching for more!
We’re about making you better skaters, scooter and BMX riders; no cotton wool, just structurally strong props and skilled crew members to make your sessions as adrenaline charged as possible.
Supervised and fitted with CCTV, our skateboard park is for everyone’s enjoyment – any antisocial behaviour and you’re out, no apologies.
We have a special drop-off zone so parents can get back to their day (and we’re conveniently located close to DFO, Southland Shopping Centre and Keysborough Plaza), but if your folks want to hang around and watch your sick tricks we have a cafe with coffee and hot food plus FREE Wi-Fi to keep them entertained.
If you’re just starting out, we have areas that help you learn all the core skills needed so you can get better, sooner.
Intermediate? We have areas for you to build your skill level and give all the bigger props a shot.
Advanced? We have a surprise for you with a succession of ramps, pipes, resi mats, foam pit and obstacles for the dare-devil within!
BMX is a fun, energetic and fast sport; featuring thrilling jumps, turns and speeds you can only dream of.
However, it can get pretty messy when you mix BMX riders with scooters and skateboards – which is why we have decided to set BMX times. This means that as a BMX rider, you can practice burning rubber and getting your jumps just right without crashing into any nippers.
